Service Technician for Large Kitchens – do you enjoy fixing things that are actually used in real life?

Restaurant Service works with service and installation of large kitchen equipment, and we need to expand our team! Are you technically inclined, enjoy solving problems, and prefer being out with customers rather than sitting still all day? Then this could be the job for you.

What do we do?

You ensure that life works in kitchens where things must run smoothly – restaurants, schools, hospitals, and other businesses. This involves installing new machines, fixing issues, and providing service so that everything continues to operate as it should.

It can be anything from dishwashers and ovens to refrigerators and freezers. One day you might be installing new equipment, and the next day you could be saving lunch at a restaurant where the dishwasher suddenly breaks down.

You work independently most of the time but are always part of a team. Lots of freedom, lots of responsibility – and plenty of customer contact.

Your tasks

· Install and start up new large kitchen equipment

· Troubleshoot and repair at customer locations

· Perform service and preventive maintenance

· Communicate with customers and explain what needs to be done

· Document the jobs you perform

Who are you?

You don’t need to know everything from day one – the most important thing is that you are technically interested and enjoy working practically.

We believe that you:

· Are handy and like to understand how things work

· Can work independently and take responsibility

· Are friendly towards customers (you are our face to the outside)

· Are not afraid to pitch in when needed

Requirements

· B driver's license

· Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written

· Some form of technical experience (service, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, or similar)

Extra advantages

· Experience with large kitchen equipment

· Electrical certification or refrigeration certificate

· Familiarity with troubleshooting electrical or control systems
